August 26-2011, Thank you so much for 5 wounderfull days! It was so beautiful&peacefull - just the perfect place for the end our Caribbean Trip! Apart from the beautiful setting you have accomplished to build a beautiful sanctuary; Lovely people great foof, thanks Nigel, forthcomming service thanks Carina, gorgious balcony views from the hamock, a well managed tubing tour, a real good time, Nick&Sara, Germany
August 18- 2011 Well, Highlits..... of course the food, what a chef you all have, Nigel whose cooking is out of this world, and what else? Well for our guide Kim and the great places he took us, not only the once on the iteitinerery but the grat bars at Castle Bruce (Isle view) what food and what view, be sure toengage Rudi in conversation about anything you like and then Calabash Restaurant at Calibishi, by the beach with a terrace and recliners!!! It is absolutly wounderfull retraeat type experience. A unique blend of cozy/spacious accomodation, smartly furnished to delight the guests interesst. Best yet the eat at Hibiscus is an experience food delightfull and friendly staff who makes cakes for the guest. A nice place to stay away from home. - Aly

What a wonderul place to stay. Many thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and delicious food. Specially thanks to Robert for always being so helpful and doing as much as possible to accomodate me, along with the tour group here. Its most appreciated. This is a perfect case to leave gear so that that you can hike the trail, while carrying as little as possible. And all you hear at night is the splendid soundss of nature. Its magic! I am sure there are many ways to see Dominica. However, i feel that staying here helped me to experience Dominica. The food, service, and the people. Nigel and Robert are gift in this place and so are the dogs. They accompanied me on a long hike and i was greatful for their company and scotties protection. Expectations where high but exceeded!! We stayed for 8 wonderful days doing different things every day. Dominica is a treasure that never stops surprising you. I think all of you at Hibiscus are doing great job of making us visitors enjoy most of our short time on the island. There is no doubt that this is a beautiful place. The room I occupied
upstairs is really nice even though it was not a double bed. The food was
really good. Nigel made a really nice dinner for me. I hope one day i will
come back and relax and ready to enjoy the nature and beauty of the place.

We enjoyed our stay in Dominica very much. It was interesting to
experience the relaxed dominica lifestyle, taste the local food and enjoy
our adventures on the island.
Our special thanks go to driver Lodrick who gave us a good impression of
this unique island. He also showed us lots of different plants and fruits
and how to open a coconut. Furthermore we thank the kitchen crew for the

For two wonderful weeks we have been enjoying this fantastic place on earth called Dominica.
We surely will pass on the good word in Sweden about a place upon that island named Hibiscus Valley Inn, a guest house with most friendly and service minded people and perfect starting point for amazing guided tours around the island and a kitchen with a faboulous cook, Nigel, who really knows how to surprise the guests with food from Dominicas interesting kitchen. We hope to visit Dominica again, its friendly people and spectacular nature and the choice where to stay will be very easy!

In February 2006 we spent two fantastic weeks together with nine other Swedish people, as well as the staff at Hibiscus Valley. Our life saver both in the rain forest and on the roads was Cecil the more fire! Delicious food was cooked and served by Helena and Vincia. On all our adventures during the stay either Daniel,Andreas or Antony and of course Cecil was our guides and gave us unforgettable experiences. Hibiscus Valley Inn is a wonderful place to stay in the middle of the nature and gives a lot of energy. Kommer att bli svårt att lämna detta paradis. Sitta här på kvällen vid floden, lyssna till porlande vatten, syrsor o fåglar upplyst av månens sken.

The Hibiscus Valley Inn was such a great honeymoon for us. We did things we never knew were possible like: complete a strenous 6 hour hike to the Boiling Lake, see the Valley of desolation, see over 16 parrots at the Syndicate, experience snorkeling in Champagne, be the 90 % to experience 3 whales, see both the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic ocean at once, and most notable take cold showers.
Vincia did a wonderfull job cooking vegan food . We had so many new fruits. We hope to get her receips. Daniel was a great host, went over and beyond for us. We loved the Twinfalls.
Bob never did take a bath during our week stay but we still love the smelly guy.
We hope to be back soon.

Waking and sleeping to the river and traffic just about sums up Dominica. Vibrant but tranquil.

Our time on Dominica was very relaxing and enjoyable. The surroundings at the Hibiscus were beatiful, as well as the waterdalls and other sights we experiences.
The staff was very helpful with information about the island and we wnjoyed our first day at Twin falls with Omar... A great guide!

We had a wonderful 5 days here at Hibiscus. The grounds are beautiful here! We loved realxing in the hammocks and swimming in the river. Helena's cooking was wonderful! Daniel was a great tour guide too. We had interesting talks with Irvince. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

ilken fantastisk ö med all oförstörd regnskog, charmiga byar, varma människor, musik, alla färger och dofter! Vi har vandrat i skogen, snorklat, liftat, badat och haft en underbar semester. Läget vid floden ljuvligt, Pagua River kommer stanna i våra sinnen länge, där har vi simmat, tvättat oss själva och våra kläder, Linda har lärt sig simma under vår tid här, på helgerna har vi fått sällskap av alla kvinnor och barn i omgivningen.
Och närheten till Carib Territory där vi tillbringat stor del av vår tid och lärt oss mycket om deras historia, traditioner och liv, har också betytt mycket för oss.
Hibiscus Valley har förutom sitt suveräna läge oerhörda potentialer, ta väl vara på dem!
